About the group

One engineering group,
several names on the door.

Inducer Group is how the work of Inducer Solutions Inc. reaches the market: three delivery practices, six product platforms and a partner network spanning three continents — all built on the same engineering discipline and the same refusal to ship something we would not operate ourselves.

Who we are

Enterprise AI and solution engineering, from Burnaby to wherever the system runs

Inducer Solutions Inc. is an enterprise AI, system consulting, solution design, application development and system integration practice based in Burnaby, British Columbia. We help organisations design, develop and integrate next-generation AI solutions — agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems, MCP-powered context intelligence, AIOps, intelligent network monitoring and predictive analytics.

Over time that consulting practice produced something else: a portfolio. Where a client problem turned out to be a category problem, we built a platform rather than a one-off. Six of those platforms now run in production across telecommunications, heavy industry, professional services, immigration, care delivery and small business operations.

Inducer Group is the umbrella for all of it — the consulting practice, the products, and the partner network they share.

How the group is organised

Three practices, one portfolio, one network

Nothing here is a separate company pretending to collaborate. The same architects who write the strategy deck write the Terraform.

PRACTICE

Advisory & architecture

Enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, data governance, security architecture and transformation roadmaps. The output is a sequenced plan with named trade-offs — not a maturity model.

PRACTICE

Engineering & integration

Custom and enterprise applications, legacy modernisation, microservices, API strategy, QA and DevOps. Integration is treated as a first-class deliverable, not the thing you discover in week nine.

PRACTICE

AI platforms & products

Agentic systems, MCP context intelligence, AIOps, computer vision and predictive analytics — deployed as platforms, with self-hosted models and private-cloud options where sovereignty matters.

How we work

Five stages, and we stay for the fifth

Most failures we are called in to fix are not engineering failures. They are handover failures — between strategy and build, between build and operations, between the vendor and the people left holding it. So we do not hand over at stage four.

Every stage produces something you can take to another vendor. If we are the right partner it should be because of the work, not because leaving is expensive.

Stage 01

Discover

Current-state assessment across systems, data, integration surface and operating model. Technology evaluation and vendor analysis where the estate is contested.

Stage 02

Architect

Target architecture, migration sequence, data model and governance, security posture, and the explicit list of what we are choosing not to do yet.

Stage 03

Build

Agile delivery in increments that each reach production. Infrastructure as code from day one, CI/CD pipelines, automated test coverage, and observability wired before launch.

Stage 04

Integrate

Connection into ITSM, identity, CI/CD, BI and infrastructure estates — plus the CMDB sync, webhook and API surface the rest of the organisation will actually use.

Stage 05

Operate & improve

Application support and monitoring, model retraining, performance tuning, capacity planning and multi-site expansion. The stage where AIOps stops being a slide.

Operating principles

What we hold to, even when it is inconvenient

Sovereignty is a design input

If telemetry cannot leave the building, the AI runs inside the building. Self-hosted models, private PKI, no data egress, and an air-gap option where the regulation demands it.

Isolation at the database

Multi-tenant means row-level security, not a WHERE clause somebody has to remember. A query without a tenant attached returns nothing at all — not everything.

Consequential actions are logged

Who did it, when, and what changed — in immutable, tamper-evident records. Built for PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR and regulator-grade record keeping.

Useful on day one

Our products ship with vocabulary, pipelines and catalogues already loaded for the trade. Configuration is a refinement, not a prerequisite for value.

Numbers read back to source

Every figure on a dashboard clicks through to the records it was computed from. A metric you cannot audit is a rumour with a chart around it.

Modular, incremental deployment

Phase one has to stand on its own. Everything we build is designed so a single site, a single team or a single zone can go live before the programme completes.

Reach

Canadian base, three-continent network

Inducer Solutions is headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia. Through the KAI247 companion network, capability is delivered alongside two founding partners: Brahmexa in the United States and JSI Software Solutions in India — a shared infrastructure and capability base across the USA, Canada and India.

Inducer Solutions is also an official partner of BRAHMEXADemocratizing Intelligence | AI For Everyone — a US-based AI and innovation lab whose Brahmando platform provides the intelligence core for AI agents, MCP servers and agentic workflows used across the network. Brahmexa's own platforms remain Brahmexa products and are listed separately from our portfolio — and only the ones that complement it. Where their catalogue overlaps capability we already deliver, we point clients at ours.

Network brands join without being absorbed — keeping their name, their look and their ownership.

Engagement models

Four ways organisations work with us

Scope, ownership and the operating handover differ in each. Commercial terms are agreed per engagement — talk to us about which shape fits.
